Check-in/Check-Out Time:

Rooms will be available from 02.00 p.m. Latest time for check-in at 08.00 p.m.

For arrival after 08.00 p.m. please advise the recetion staff at the moment of the reservation.

The day of the departure you can use the room until 10.30 a.m.,  it'll be possible to store your bags in our deposit after check-out, free of charge.

It's possible to require a late check-out (extra charge required).

Reservation Policy:

Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 1,00 per Person per Night, for the first 2 nights,  is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the Hotel in Cash.

Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.

Payment will be done at the moment of departure. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Prepaid Not Refundable room.

Note:
We inform you that a pre-authorization will be requested on the credit card provided to verify that it is valid and that it has not been lost or stolen.
This will temporarily decrease your available balance, but it is not a charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifies are FREE OF CHARGE if required within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail.
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 2 days prior of the arrival date.
For Late Cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
In case of  No Show the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking, this amount will be not refundable in case of no show, modify or cancellation.

For reservations of small groups, 5 or more nights and for particular periods the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.

ANIMALS:
Only small dogs are allowed with a supplement of € 15 per night.
They are NOT allowed in the pool area.
They CANNOT stay alone in the room. Dog-sitting service on request and for a fee.
In common areas they must be on a leash.
